Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote
Work Shift : PST
Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social platforms in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions
Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems
Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Proficient with customer support tools and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with help desk software and support ticketing systems
Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
