POSAT was the brainchild of Dr. Chhabria. The rehabilitation of physically and mentally challenged patients was his passion. He loved to accept challenges of nature which helped him get amazing improvement in his patients. His theory of C.S.R.(Cortico-subcortical Relay) has opened up a new horizon for rehabilitation professionals and achieve qualitative results for the victims of neurological impairment or orthopaedic problems. Dr. Chhabria is a legend in the field of rehabilitation medicine.He will always be remembered for his contribution by his patients as well as his students.
